What this covers

This policy explains what personal information Arsenic collects through its website and through Arsenic Approvals, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

For people who use Arsenic Approvals: your name, role, email address and mobile phone number, provided by you or by the client you work with; the decisions and comments you record in the tool; and basic technical information such as the device and time of each action, which we keep for the audit record.

For website visitors: standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To run the approval process: showing you content to review, recording your decisions, and notifying you when something needs your attention. To keep an accurate record of who approved what and when. To keep the tool secure and to investigate misuse.

SMS and mobile information

We collect your mobile number only to send the workflow notifications described in our Terms and Conditions, and only after you have agreed to receive them. We do not use your mobile number for marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the service providers we use to deliver messages, and only for that purpose.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out does not affect your access to the tool.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the tool, store data and deliver messages on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes. The client whose content you review, who can see the decisions you record. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Approval records are kept for as long as the client relationship lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, because they document what was approved. Account details are removed when your access ends, except where we need them for the record.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no need to keep it. Contact contact@arsenic.agency.

Changes and contact
