Who we are
Arsenic ("Arsenic", "we", "us") is a talent management agency. These terms cover our website and Arsenic Approvals, an internal tool we use to review and approve content with our clients and their representatives.
Using Arsenic Approvals
Access to Arsenic Approvals is by invitation only. You may use it only if an Arsenic administrator has set up an account or private link for you, and only for the purpose it was given to you for: reviewing and approving content. You are responsible for keeping your login or private link to yourself. If you believe someone else has used it, tell us and we will replace it.
Decisions you record in the tool (approving a post, requesting changes, signing a checklist) are attributed to you, kept on the record, and may be relied on by Arsenic and the client.
We may suspend or remove access at any time, including when a working relationship ends.
SMS notifications
If you agree to receive text messages from Arsenic Approvals, we will send notifications from +1 (844) 571-6420 telling you that a post is waiting for your review, reminding you of a review deadline, or confirming a decision. We send only these notifications; we do not send marketing messages.
Message frequency varies with your workload, typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@arsenic.agency. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Content and intellectual property
Content shown in Arsenic Approvals belongs to the client it was created for, or to Arsenic. It is shown to you for review only. You may not copy, download, share or publish it outside the tool unless the client or Arsenic has authorized you to.
Disclaimer and liability
The website and Arsenic Approvals are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them available and accurate but cannot promise they will always be. To the extent the law allows, Arsenic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions go to contact@arsenic.agency.
